AG's campaign attack group reports $22,000 donation from non-existent LLC

A right-wing campaign group backed by Alaska Attorney General Treg Taylor and his wife that took cheap shots and lied about a handful of state candidates reported a $22,000 donation from an LLC that was involuntarily dissolved in 2021 by the state.

This is one of the many things about the attorney general’s group that should be investigated.

An entity called “Alaskan Eco ToursLLC” gave $22,000 to Alaska Policy Partners on Sept. 24, according to a filing with the Alaska Public Offices Commission.

But the state corporations database says Alaskan Eco Tours LLC was “involuntarily dissolved” in September 2021.

Alaskan ECO Tours LLC was created in 2019 by Fred Vreeman, Janet Vreeman and Gondwana Tours LLC. Gondwana Tours LLC is a New Orleans company half-owned by Jared Sternberg.

Separately, Janet Vreeman gave $3,000 to Alaska Policy Partners.
