Tshibaka says a student at her church discovered she could speak fluent Chinese while on a mission trip to Hong Kong. But not after she got on the plane to fly home
Senate candidate Kelly Tshibaka wrote that a student at her church who could not speak any Chinese suddenly found herself able to speak fluent Chinese while on a mission trip to Hong Kong.
But the ability to speak Chinese left her when she got back on the plane to fly home. This was an example of the “gift of tongues,” Tshibaka said.
Here are excerpts of a document Tshibaka wrote about speaking in tongues when she was the co-pastor of a church in Washington, D.C. with her husband Niki.
